STEP ONE – Log in
New to PTE — Click NEW PATRON on the Login page.
If you’re a parent registering your child or teen for a class, please fill in YOUR information, so that you are the primary contact for your household. There will be a place for you to enter all the student’s information later in the registration process.
Returning Student — Enter your email & password and click LOG IN
Don’t have a password yet? Enter your email and click FORGOT PASSWORD. A temporary password will be emailed to you, and you can change it later.
STEP TWO – Select Classes
Just above the welcome box after you log in, are three tabs: ADULT CLASS, TEEN CLASS & KIDS CLASS. Click on one of them to get a listing of the classes.
Click on BUY in the far left column of the listing to add that class to your shopping cart.
If you’re registering for more than one class, once you’ve added the first class to the shopping cart, use the tabs at the top of that page to go back to the class listings.
If you’re selecting more than one class, whether for yourself or for your children, a 10% discount will automatically be calculated in the Shopping Cart window.
NOTE: If you’re a PTE subscriber, please call (204) 925-5253 to get your 10% discount on PTE School classes. That discount cannot be accessed online, due to the verification process.
STEP THREE – The Shopping Cart Window
Identify the student – in the Shopping Cart window, each class listed has a pull-down list for “Attendee”, which will automatically display your name, because you logged in first.
If you’re a parent registering a child or children, drop down the list and either select another name (if they’re already in the PTE system) or select **A New Household Member**, which will allow you to enter all the information for your child’s record – including birthdate – which will then be available on the Attendee list the next time you register.
When you’re ready, click Go to Checkout.
STEP FOUR – The Checkout Window
Once you complete the payment process in the Checkout window, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

To enroll, classes must be paid in full when registering.
The PTE School is registered as an Education Institution under Section 60(f) of the Income Tax Act. Your fees may be tax deductible, please retain your tuition receipt for Income Tax purposes, as duplicate receipts will not be issued.
- Register in more than one course and receive a 10% discount on your fees.
- Two or more family members – 10% discount in fees.
- Subscriber to PTE’s mainstage – 10% discount in fees.
These discounts cannot be combined and can only be obtained at the time of registration.
- The $20.00 registration fee for each class is non-refundable.
- Students may withdraw in writing after the second class (20 week session — after the first class for a 10 week or under session) and receive a refund of class fees only.
- Once the third class (or second class for a 10 week or under session) has begun, no portion of the class fee is refundable.
- Any withdrawal must be made in writing.
